At the heart of my work is a belief that people usually know what they need and that sometimes they need a guide to help them to figure it out. Change is hard.
I believe that meaningful change happens in spaces that feel calm, relational, and grounded in real life.
Whether I’m working with individuals through counselling, supporting learning through teaching and facilitation, or collaborating on curriculum and program development, my approach is the same: thoughtful, human, and responsive to context.
I work alongside people and organizations as they navigate transition, complexity, and change. This means slowing things down, paying attention to what’s happening beneath the surface, and making room for clarity, regulation, and choice. I bring a decolonial, strengths-based, and trauma-informed lens to all of my work, with awareness of how relationships, culture, systems, and power shape experience.
Across everything I offer, I aim to create spaces where people feel heard, respected, supported, and capable.
My work is about connection, reflection, and practical movement forward, whether that’s in personal healing, professional growth, or collective learning.
