You want to feel steady, connected, and more like yourself again but somewhere things started feel out of alignment.
Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition — questioning your career, a relationship is shifting or ending, burnout that won’t resolve with rest, the emotional shifts that come with aging or menopause, or that quiet sense of something isn’t working the way it used to. It can feel confusing, heavy, and at times lonely.
These moments ask something of us. They slow us down. They invite reflection. And while they can be uncomfortable, they can also open the door to meaningful change when you’re supported in the right way.
I bring over 30 years of experience as a social worker, counsellor, and educator to support people through complex and tender seasons of life. I have worked extensively with children youth and families experiencing mental health, substance use, intimate partner violence as well as supporting parents during very difficult times.
My approach is calm, relational, and grounded in real life. I draw from strengths-based and trauma-informed care, attachment work, Internal Family Systems, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and practical tools such as motivational interviewing, breathwork, and gratitude — always guided by what fits you.
I pay attention not only to what’s happening internally, but also to relationships, life context, and the systems that shape our experiences.
I don’t believe people need fixing. I believe they need space — space to feel safe, to make sense of what’s happening, and to reconnect with their own clarity and capacity.
Each session is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and gently untangle what feels stuck.
We’ll work together to help you feel more regulated, more grounded, and more able to move forward in ways that feel aligned and sustainable.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
