Jodi Hoffman MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker
I bring curiosity, steadiness, and a sense of humor into both my work and my life. I value meaningful conversation, emotional clarity, and spaces that feel calm, real, and grounded. I’m drawn to depth and thoughtful connection, and I believe that honest reflection and embodied awareness can create room for meaningful change.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work 2002 (UVIC) and a Master of Social Work 2010 (University of Calgary) and am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the BC College of Social Workers.
With my commitment to continuous learning, I completed the Provincial Instructor Diploma Program in 2013 and began teaching at the University of Victoria- new social workers and child and youth care practitioners within the undergrad and graduate programs.
I have spent over three decades as a social worker, counsellor, and university professor, navigating complex systems and walking alongside children, youth, adults, families, and students through some of their hardest moments.
Outside of my work, I’m nourished by time with my kids, family, and friends, movement, and activities that help me stay present and balanced. I value a full life — one that includes laughter, curiosity, and continued growth.
